hello@hushviewer.com. It is a person, not a ticket queue. A useful message names the page, the handle you tried, and what you got compared with what you expected. Paste the exact error text if there was one. Please leave out passwords and documents: we never need them and would only have to delete them.
How long a reply takes
Usually two working days. Is it a takedown? Read the removals page first. Takedowns happen on Instagram, and that page explains why.
Things outside our reach
We have no way to recover a lost account, unlock a closed profile, or reveal who watched your own story; that information lives inside Instagram and nowhere else. An expired story or a deleted post cannot be brought back from here either. Account trouble is something only Instagram’s own support can fix.
